Shipping policy

PRI ships globally via the United States Postal Service. The cost of your shipping is based on item weight and size, and will be calculated in the cart.

In the lower 48 states, items are shipped via USPS unless your package size is above one cubic foot, at which point it will be sent via UPS or Fedex. Please note that UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to a PO Box.

For Alaska and Hawaii, all items are shipped via USPS.

International buyers, please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. On rare occasions customs holds a product in their care or shipping takes longer than usual. In these cases please keep in touch with us and allow 30-45 days for the product to reach you.
