Join Museum of the Earth in the dark for a virtual journey to space! In collaboration with Cornell’s Astronomy Graduate Network, we will explore space through a virtual program that connects Cornell’s Astronomy graduate students with the Museum. Talk to real astronomy researchers as we get silly and science-y at the same time. This program will be interactive, educational and maybe even a bit spooky. Fun for all ages.
This year, since we will not be able to hold a live in-person event, we invite all to dress up in your Halloween costumes and join us for a fun hour learning about space. Watch with the lights off if you dare, as we maneuver through astronomy topics including comets and Mars.
There is no charge for this virtual event. You will receive a Zoom invitation for the event by email after registering.
